Fast question from D.C. Photo Editor re: publication of photo of Diana at St. Gaudens[edit]

6/25/08

Good evening,

Please forward your email address and reply to Hollmarsh1@aol.com.

I found your photo at http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Diana_by_Augustus_Saint-Gaudens_01.jpg while doing photo research for a magazine publisher on a project. I thought your image might be appropriate for inclusion in an article that mentions St. Gaudens National Historic Site.

I am specifically seeking to confirm that you are the copyright holder of the image and your permission to possibly publish it within the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License Version 1.2 and any other applicable laws.

I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. We are making final decisions tomorrow morning.

Thank you,

Holly Marshall Photo Researcher Washington, D.C.
