I agree with you, the two colors are very similar but in the former version, ECR's color was then be even closer to PPE's color don't you think ? I used the same color for ECR as the 2014 map --Alexmart (talk) 16:58, 30 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
True, those colors look similar in that revision as well. It's difficult because multiple organizations use the same color (roughly).
