Disulfide Bound worng?

According to [1], the first Disulfide Bound ist between aminoacid 7 and 161. In this image it is between aminoacid 6 and 161. aminoacid # 6 is Isoluecine that is not able to bild Disulfide bounds!

"N-Acetylglucosamin" und nicht "N-Actetylglucosamin"
