It is not very probable that this very refined Portrait from the 1670ies has been painted by Louis Elle "le fils" (1648-1717). Much more realistic is the attribution to his father Louis Elle called "Ferdinand l'âiné" (1612-1689), who was a highly successfull portraitist, who made Portraits from Louis XIV. and his brother Philippe d'Orléans (husband from "Liselotte von der Pfalz", whom we see here).
