Hi es:Usuario:Fedejr712, I wanted to solve a problem of the Emblema of Puerto Madero. The author of the emblem is me, José Joaquín Garin, en:User:JuacoG is my username. I own the authorship, I decided to delegate some rights to Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and to Puerto Madero, but the authorship is undelegable. I propose the change of the authorship in the image you uploaded as yours in the article Puerto Madero. Down you'll find some external information about this.
