How is it that this image, which has a creation date of 18 June 2016, is identical to an image deleted in 2006? See Commons:Village_pump/Archive/2006/05. That discussion includes the following history for the 2006 image:
* 18:02, 21 May 2006 Rüdiger Wölk deleted "Image:Enchiladas 1.jpg" (no source/no license over 7 days)
