Can I get 2.4:1 planetary gear ratio using a stationary planet carrier and 4 planet gears, rotating sun gear in the center and opposite direction rotating ring gear on the outside? The sun gear would be the input rotating shaft while the ring gear would be the driven or output shaft.

Who makes this gear reducer?
