Epistasis always confuses me, which is why I'm putting leaving this as a comment instead of changing the figure. I think the negative and positive epistasis bars for the deleterious mutations example should be switched. As I understand it, negative epistasis is when two mutations together have LESS of an impact on fitness or phenotype than predicted by the null model, and positive epistasis is when they have MORE of an impact than predicted, regardless of whether the mutations lead to higher or lower fitness in the null model.
