Wikipedia is using the photo illegally.

The YouTube video that Commons/Wikipedia says they are using was taken down because of a takedown notice. Yet they keep using the photo illegally after they have already been notified and written back and done nothing. Erin Elizabeth and her attorneys who have been in headline news, will be suing now that they refused to take it down even after this information has been made available to them.
