File name is incorrect

This photo represents the sketch of the flag presented by Nikoladze to the state commision for the national flag competition and not the adopted, official flag of the republic. Flag proportion is different from it's sketch which is clearly seen in official photos of that time: [1], [2].--Rastrelli F 18:12, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
