Colour of the Flag

The Flag of Saint Lucia should have a lighter shade of blue, as in this image from the government's website. [1] The darker blue was in use before 2001. I'm reverting the image back to the lighter blue. Orange Tuesday 20:14, 29 April 2008 (UTC)

The darker blue color was the flag until 2002. After 2002, a light blue flag has been legally established as official. If you look at http://www.stlucia.gov.lc/gis/nationwide/2003/NationWide25October2003.pdf this will state the blue background is CMYK 100-0-0-0.
