Invalid license

A national flag (including a derivative work or a reproduction) cannot be licensed public domain as the work of the uploader. It must either be in the public domain like Image:Flag of Serbia.svg or licensed as fair use (and therefore ineligible for hosting on the Commons). Vassyana 15:42, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
