If this is, as it claims, the 2006 'critical edition' of the map by Piero Falchetta, then it cannot be public domain unless the claim is that Falchetta's map is simply a copy of the original. Is the point that Falchetta reproduced the map along with critical commentary, so that the map itself is not a 'critical edition'?
