Steps to create this file from the source file[edit]

All steps performed in Gimp, in the given order:

  1. added black border: canvas size increased to 320 × 240
  2. increased precision to 32-bit linear floating point
  3. scaled image to triple size (960 × 720) with "NoHalo" interpolation
  4. applied Gaussian Blur filter with SizeX: 0.66, SizeY: 0.33
  5. saved image as PNG, in 8bpc RGB format
