I'm sorry I don't know how to fix this problem. the help file, for me at least isn't helpful. it tells me what but not how,or where you need this licensing information so the robot will recognize it. If somebody could do it or show me how to do it, I'd be very grateful, at least from then on I'd know how to do it. Sorry I'm a slow learner and at my age it's even slower.
