Replaced previous "blocky" image with one at more reasonable resolution

The previous image here was clearly a low-resolution image that had simply been "zoomed" by a factor of 4, as can easily be seen by the 4 x 4 pixel blocks visible at full size, so it had a very crude appearance. To make matters worse, the conversion to JPEG added artifacts from the pixelation boundaries. I replaced it with a low-resolution image, but since the original low-resolution image data was not available, I had to downsample the current one by a factor of four, using cubic interpolation. The result looks OK, for what it's worth, but it would be much nicer to have a proper high-resolution scan of this photo, if one can be found. --Colin Douglas Howell (talk) 09:56, 26 April 2018 (UTC)
