Update needed[edit]

[1] Figure 1 shows the same curve, but from 1980-2016 instead of 1988-2008. Figure 1 also changes the scale at 90% from 10% per horizontal division to 1%. 0.1%, 0.01%, etc. This should be made clear in any chart we create. Also, if our new chart is based upon the same raw data as Figure 1, is there data so that we can do the same "expand the scale" trick on the lowest 10%? Right now Figure 1 doesn't even show the lowest 10%. --Guy Macon (talk) 20:29, 8 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
