The stated source of the data shown on the graph is Nationwide Building Society. That appears to be correct by the following verification. Get the data in an Excel sheet by going to House Prices - Data Download - Nationwide, selecting in the section "Data Download" and in the second field the option "UK House Prices Adjusted for Inflation", and pressing "Go".
The graphs shows inflation-adjusted prices; the nominal prices have shown much steeper growth.
