The location of the grave monument

For a wikipedia project in fi-Wikipedia I began to sort the images of monuments and memorials in Finland by municipality. As the monument is marked on the terrain map by National Land survey of Finland: [1] it can be seen that the grave monument is situated on a small skerry that is located in the municipality of Brändö very near to the border of the municipality of Kumlinge. But if one searches from the same map service with the name Gravestensgrundet the search will give location in the other side of the municipaly bordr in the municipality of Kumplinge.

The explanation to this is the fact that that the name Gravstensgrundet is not the name of the skerry itself where the grave monument is located, but it is the name of the whole group of the small skerries and rocks, the largest of which is situated in Kumlinge and the coordinates for the group of skerries both sisides of the municipal border have then been given according to the biggest one - but the grave monument is on the second largest skerry in the Brändö side of the municipal border. This also becomes apparent from the name itself because the last part of the name "grundet means en:Shallow (underwater relief) , i. e. sv:Grund (sjöfart). And because in the finnish parts of the baltic sea there is en:Tectonic uplift, a shallow will sooner or later become a group of small skerries and rocks in a few hundred of years. This was noticed in sv:Diskussion:Gravstensgrundet (in swedish) and can be easily understood once noted. So this is why it is possible that the place name (sv:gravsten = en:tombstone) is situtuated in Kumlinge with no mistake but the monument is situated in Brändö with no mistake.

But so being, the image of the grave monumrnet should not be sorted to the category:Kumlinge but into the Category:Brändö, while at the same time time the article about the whole group of small islans and skerries should be and is amd has been correctly sorted in categories both sv:Kategori:Öar i Kumlinge and sv:Kategori:Öar i Brändö. .--Urjanhai (talk) 05:55, 26 May 2022 (UTC)
