All the files nominated for deletion are "my own work". I use the following procedure: I upload them in the wikipedia Commons and then I may use them in my active blogs about "Mineral Wealth" (http://www.oryktosploutos.net/, http://oryktos.blogspot.gr/) and "Sustainable Development" (http://elladitsamas.blogspot.gr/, http://viosimi.blogspot.gr/). I think this is a permitted action and is in accordance with the rules of Wikipedia Foundation. ALL THE ABOVE SITES ARE MINE and as clearly stated therein (http://www.oryktosploutos.net/2010/12/httpwwwgreekmineralwealthblogspotcom.html#.Vkgsb_nhCM8 and http://elladitsamas.blogspot.gr/2007/11/httpelladitsamas.html) , my distribution policy for them is cc-by-sa. Also, in my blog profile it is publicly indicated that I am a wikipedia contributor entitled Bioanapt:https://www.blogger.com/profile/11898708424654924678.
I suppose that using metadata from many cameras is not illegal and this (by itself) does not prove that these photos are not "my own work". I work as a director for the Greek Ministry of Environment and Energy (Mineral Exploration, Exploitation and Licensing) and I am also a Lecturer in the Greek University, postgraduate studies. It is a common procedure for me to get and hold such photos related to this specific topic of my professional interest.
