Further, it is said that "the name of the file is wrong". Wrong! The organ is rightly the organ of the Cathedral of the said Halberstadt city. What is wrong is the name of the said Cathedral. It is St. Stephen and St. Sixtus Cathedral!

So the title should be renameD "Halberstadt St Stephen and Sixtus Cathedral Organ".
