Since I believe it is in the public domain.
- En-Wiki user Mattnad has pointed out that by Massechussetes law, local governmental records are in the public domain: (1) "Records created by Massachusetts government are not copyrighted and are available for public use" ( http://www.sec.state.ma.us/ARC/arcres/residx.htm ) (2) Guide to the Massachusetts Public Records Law: "The Massachusetts Public Records Law applies to records created by or in the custody of a state or local agency, board or other government entity" [p. 1]; "These records include minutes of local board meetings, town meeting documents, warrants, street lists, municipal financial documents, etc." [p.3] ( http://www.sec.state.ma.us/pre/prepdf/guide.pdf ).
