I remember seeing an image at http://www.worldstatesmen.org/can_alb2.gif (marked as unofficial). While http://www.fraser.cc/FlagsCan/Provinces/Alberta.html mentions that no flag has been ever documented, there was discussion of making a Red Ensign with the provincial arms a possible flag (like ON and MB).
