I have replaced the less than satisfactory image with a much higher resolution one. The problem is I don't think the original posters claim of public domain is valid. Having said that, while nobody has challenged his claim, I feel that you migt as well be hung for a sheep as a lamb, so I have re-scanned the image and posted it!!!!! I have no evidence and am not likely to ever have any evidence of the bona fides of this imabges public domain status.
