Someone needs to elaborate on which flag this is. As a member of the Ismaili (Shia Imami Nizari Ismaili Muslim) faith I can tell you that this is not the "Ismaili flag" with which I am familiar. The "Ismaili flag" that represents the Ismaili faith is a green background with a thick red stripe running from top-left to bottom-right (as seen at WorldStatesmen.org [1])
