Mediterranean Sea= بحیرہ روم

Lake Tiberias = بحیرہ طبریہ

Dead Sea = بحیرہ مردار

@BukhariSaeed:  Done, I used Farsi Script rather than Urdu, since Urdu doesn't appear readable for some reason on my Inkscape. I also tried to fix some of the text locations since they appear a bit far from the dotsباسم (talk) 10:22, 7 July 2018 (UTC)
