Image should not be deleted

If you look at this link (https://vimeo.com/search?license=by&q=j+balvin+jeff+pinilla) and look at the search specifications you can see that the video this screenshot was taken from falls under the category of CC-BY-2.0. I took a screenshot from this video because of this licensing. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm sure that this licensing is appropriate for Wikipedia Commons. Thank you. Agree with you @Basilisk4u: I've left a message to his user talk page asking him to remove that tag due a WP:SNOW case. He used as sources this and based on "Vimeo, All rights reserved" but it's not accurate. Our policies states we can use screenshots derivated from works with an appropriate license like this video, since Vimeo is also an acceptable source for Commons. After all, this video has a "free license" from a verified account there (verifiable in the link provided in file description). Based on WP:SNOW, probably I could remove that tag, but let's wait until he replies since there is a possiblity my edit can be reverted and we don't wanna a edit war. Hey @Apoxyomenus: , I'm glad you are chiming in! Yes I agree. I originally tagged the licensing as CC-BY-3.0 when it is actually CC-BY-2.0. I corrected it today. We will just have to wait and see I suppose. Thanks for your input! Basilisk4u (留言) 01:36, 27 June 2020 (UTC)

@Apoxyomenus and Basilisk4u: , Today I study in details about vimeo license. This video originally licensed under the CC-BY-3.0 license, and i've corrected. Actually Vimeo site`s All rights reserved, but I was not knowing about that publisher can choice creative commons licenses on Vimeo similar as Youtube. @Basilisk4u: , I'd like to request you that don't revert any deletion tag.
