Coming back to this photo, it struck me that, while this event was a sizable event open to all college students, it was not a truly public event and there were only a few people taking photographs, so it could be argued that Commons:Photographs of identifiable people guidelines were violated. This photo has 6 easily identifiable non-public figures. However, it was quite clear that some photographs were being taken to record the event.
Not too sure what the best plan is, but have uploaded an anonymized version, which seems like the best plan until an admin comes along and gives a more categorical call! Cheers, --Philtweir (talk) 11:22, 10 April 2010 (UTC)
