(1744) Jang Gyeong-ju and Kim Du-ryang --- or (1754) Jo Seok-jin ???

Each ten years two new portraits of Yeongjo were made.

In "Journal of Korean Art and Archeology, vol 5, 2011", this portrait (exactly this one) is attributed to 1754, Jo Seok-jin and al. (p. 17, Fig 10).
