This is a screenshot from a commercial video. Why do you think it is freely licensed? Same question for all the other screenshots that you added. Guido den Broeder (留言) 06:07, 6 March 2020 (UTC)[回复]

@Guido den Broeder: I usually know what I'm doing: [1]https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/ Sealle (留言) 06:29, 6 March 2020 (UTC)[回复]
Let me point to where it says: "Client : J.ESTINA". That would be the copyright holder. Guido den Broeder (留言) 07:25, 6 March 2020 (UTC)[回复]
I see a video, which definitely is not stolen, but hosted and licensed by the author. I've got no reason to believe the employees of a reputable company, working in the video production industry, are not well aware of copyright issues. This may be a rough copy, or not yet sold, or the rights may be reserved to the author under the contract, you name it. And please feel free to ask them whether your doubts are justified. You see what you want to see. J. Estina does not mention a free license anywhere for footage from this commercial advertisement campaign, nor does 88 Gymnastics Heroes anywhere else but on Vimeo, nor does their director, nor do any of the models. Btw, 'Be a Joelle' aired on SK television last year. Guido den Broeder (留言) 19:59, 6 March 2020 (UTC)[回复]
They didn't mention... And they shouldn't have to. Once again, if you feel like digging the issue, the easiest way is to ask them a direct question instead of guessing here. Sealle (留言) 21:44, 6 March 2020 (UTC)[回复]
What makes you think I'm guessing? Guido den Broeder (留言) 22:03, 6 March 2020 (UTC)[回复]
