This file is incorrect. Some of the jurisdictions colored to demonstrate "banned" status have not yet in fact banned them. Although some of these areas have proposed legislation to ban them, they have not actually been successful, for instance, in Texas. It would be appreciated if this file can be updated to reflect the true legal status by someone who has the facilities to do so. --FarnhamJ (talk) 01:04, 28 January 2012 (UTC)
