Description errors

The initial file description included the erroneous statement: "Approx. 5000 people voted for....". This mistake was based on the combination of first+final poll totals. However, the final Tumblr poll with the winning flag design was archived and verifies the correct vote total -- which is 1,283 votes for flag #10, out of a total of 3,684 votes cast for 19 flag choices. I corrected the file description, linked to the Tumblr poll, and also added the "other versions" field for the previous file upload of the same flag design.
