This is indeed a photograph from Lunar Orbiter 2. Its source is photo 61, H (high resolution) frame 3 (2061_h3), on the right edge of the photo. It shows the so-called Blair Cuspids, debunked here. The "cuspids" were interpreted to be artificial towers on the moon because of their geometric arrangement and long shadows, but they are in all probability just naturally occurring boulders.
