I visited this building, which I believe houses the population records, as well as the post office. Unfortunately I was there on a day it was closed. I don't remember, but I think that it's only open Tues and Thursdays. Does anyone know anything else about this building? We came from USA hoping to research our roots, which are in Roucy. We had no luck.
