Re-add French St. Martin as an observer?[edit]
The previous map scheme usefully included French St. Martin as an observer. But the new scheme uses the old observer colour for the associates and drops the observer category. Perhaps French St. Martin could be re-added as an observer using the old orange-brown colour of the associates?
