Licensing of this file

This file was uploaded quoting the source as Flickr <https://www.flickr.com/photos/152060867@N08/34733256413>.

However, the file contains EXIF data that suggests the author is Daniel Vrabec <http://www.dannyv.cz>, who does not appear to be immediately associated with the Flickr uploader Daria Hvi.

I removed the Flickr license review as insufficient. However, an OTRS ticket ticket:2017062110011085 was received which claims permission for the photo, so I have marked this file as OTRS received. If I or another OTRS agent cannot confirm the permission via this ticket after 30 days, I suggest deletion for this photo as a speedy delete (or DR) for reasons of potential Flickr washing/copyvio. seb26 (talk) 15:56, 19 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

OK, this file is ok according to an update on the ticket sent by the photographer. However, the Flickr uploader appears to be a case of Commons:License laundering, creating a new flickr account for the purposes of 'verifying' images on Commons that don't belong to them. seb26 (talk) 21:22, 2 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
