Is the sculpture your own work or is only the photo yours?

@Boydsk2000: Is this your sculpture, or is this your photo of someone else's work? If the latter, it is in violation of COM:FOP US under Artworks and sculptures Not OK: For artworks, even if permanently installed in public places, the U.S. copyright law has no similar exception, and any publication of an image of a copyrighted artwork thus is subject to the approval of the copyright holder of the artwork.

If you are indeed the sculptor, please state so in the description & source. Otherwise, Commons will need to remove the image.
