Vishwamitra and Menaka are characters of Indian epic Mahabharata, so I think it is not suit to add in Category:Paintings of men from India. (Just like adding File:Wrath of Achilles2.jpg to the category "Painting of men from Greece" is not a good practice). If I am wrong please correct me.
