I've fixed the metadata for the image. While this image is hosted on a Congressional website, the other flag in the picture looks like it's from the US Agriculture Dept. You can see the handle of what looks like a plow and a "URE" (as in AGRICULTURE) in gold (the flag can be seen at FOTW). Espy served as Ag Secretary for less than two years before resigning, so this makes sense. Hoshie (talk) 03:26, 28 March 2009 (UTC)
