Is there a way to trace the author of this image? I see the name, but there's no link. I would like to ask (A) for the original photo as it was before the background was cropped out, and (B) for permission to use under a CC By licence rather than the present CC By-SA, so that it can be included as a figure in an open-access journal that uses CC By.
