The flickr owner, Xanderallek, is asked by another flickr user in 2008 on the flickrlink whether he can upload the image of Moneron island onto Wikipedia under a Creative Commons license "to tell people about Moneron?" and he replies: "Sure, no problem" and does not even refer to the project where the picture will be used in his answer. He just says this license is acceptable. Since 1. he has been notified about the use and 2. he did Not include a 'Non-Commercial' or 'No-Derivative' use restriction here, it seems reasonable to accept that the flickr owner has no problem with this one photo being placed on Wikicommons and to AGF here.
