Not a Worm gear. I belive.

The file description on the lower right item goesː "Stepper motor with worm gear for CD pickup-head traversing".
I agree on "Stepper motor", but not on "worm gear". Se the ENːWP Worm drive for worm gear.
Instead i would have used the word Leadscrew. Se ENːWP Leadscrew for that.
What the cd-players laser-unit (I like to change that too) is mountet on could be a wagon, or a slide as in Pistol slide doing a Reciprocating motion. (Se ENːWP Leadscrew or an image of this motor in that kind of mechanism].
