Plateau at 2-3℃

I wonder why the temperature doesn't plateau at 0℃. Maybe the thermometer has a calibration error. Or, looking at the experimental setup on the website [1], maybe the sensor is always at the bottom of the beaker, where dense 4℃ water accumulates. —Caoimhin ceallach (talk) 13:50, 24 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
