This graphic appears to be a direct copy from published journal material: Entropy 2019(21) page 1188, and article authored by Leonid A. Sosnovskiy and Sergei S. Sherbakov. So either the uploading editor is one of these authors, which would constitute self-publishing, or this is a copyright violation, and plagiarism, since the original source is not indicated and the submission is described as "own work/Eigenes Werk".
