The y-axis unit is in your graph is not correct: instead of 10-3, it should be 103.
You can look this up in literature:
e.g. 'Molar Absorptivities of β-NADH and β-NAD at 260 nm'; June 1975 in Clinical Chemistry
This contains a lot of references to several published data, but is also mentioning in the abstract (freely available) the molar absorption of NADH at 340 nm:
εβ-NADH340 nm = 6.22 • 103l•mol-1•cm-1.
