Vectorization

I wanted to vectorize this image, as it is part of Commons:Top 200 images that should use vector graphics by usage. However, before starting, I made a bit of investigation to find some better quality sources. And I stumbled upon Image:Namur_Arms.svg. Is it supposed to be exactly the same lion ?

They look similar, but not identical... I also tried to find some images on the website of the city, [1], but there was no flag to be found.
