Hi! I was looking at this image:40px and it looks like as if there where some red tongs in the mouths of the eagles. That is not so in this image. I tried to find something in the internet but I couldn't find any information about the tongs. --Amada44 14:06, 16 January 2007 (UTC)

The mark "OT" at the lower right (heraldicly left) part of the file seems not to make any sence: there's nothing in that part of the file to be marked, and the letters aren't explained anywhere in the file's documentation. Therefore I'll delete the mark. If there's any important meaning of the mark I didn't get, I'll be glad about any sensible information.
