Origin of this picture

While exploring Wikipedia, I found this pic. The origin is completely unknown: it seems to be a photograph of an Icon, but the "source" is a forum picture, so no true source (Museum? Church? Institution? private collection?) is given. The style of the picture makes it that it can have been done in between the 16th century and the 20th century. Has anyone an idea on the origin? The legend says something like "η συνταξης των εννεα τωγματων" which unfortunately I'm unable to translate accurately ("the members of the nine orders"? "the composition of the nine groups"?) (it also doesn't help that this is the ancient Greek / liturgic Greek mash).
