Hi folks, the File-name OR8 … to this German Oberfeldwebel rank is unfortunately misleading. Reasons are as follows:

  • OR8 is already dedicated to the next higher NCO rank Stabsfeldwebel
  • OR7 is classed with Oberfeldwebel in line to the NATO rank-code classification

Proposal in line to the other Oberfeldwebel files, to avoid misunderstanding, and in line to the NATO rank-code classification - rename this file as follows "OR7 GDR Army Oberfeldwebel Pz.png" — Preceding unsigned comment was added by 92.73.3.137 (talk) 10:23, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
