I think this is Oulactis macmurrichi or perhaps Oulactis magna. On Oulactis muscosa "The tentacles also have horizontal black bands" which gives them a striped appearance, not at all evident here. --Tony Wills (talk) 22:08, 5 February 2015 (UTC)
